Blues Street BBQ is a family-owned restaurant that opened for business in the summer of 2015. We are all about bringing good food and good people together to create a great dining experience. Owner, Sarah Epperson, wants to provide a memorable barbeque experience to every customer. Blues Street BBQ serves up a Mid-Western style of barbeque to Utah County that will leave you dreaming of your next visit!
Sarah grew up locally in Cedar Hills, UT and has lived in Utah her whole life.
She has 14 years of experience in food and beverage including a variety of establishments and positions.
Previous to opening Blues Street BBQ in July of last year, Sarah managed for Rib City Grill for a combined total of 5 years.
She went on to start her own catering company, catering to celebrities such as Bruno Mars, Janelle Monet, Casting Crowns, and Zac Brown Band. She has worked with several local cities for catering at city events, including the Orem Summerfest, American Fork Steele Days, Highland Fling, and the Blue Angels Airshow at Twin Falls, ID.
She also worked for 2 years as a manager for Buffalo Wild Wings. She opened and oversaw three different locations with this company and managed over 130 staff members at one point.
Sam Braegger also grew up here in Utah Valley. He is a Recreation Mgmt. student at BYU in addition to being our General Manager here at Blues Street BBQ.
He has 5 years of experience in food and beverage. He has held a variety of restaurant positions, and has worked closely with both Sarah and JR.
